U.S. Real Property Interests (USRPI) - We routinely provide U.S. tax compliance services for non-resident aliens investing in U.S. real estate. We help our clients navigate the Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act (FIRPTA) whether purchasing directly or more commonly through planned structures.
